Insert is an AI consulting business. We help companies build and deploy AI-powered workflows that replace repetitive manual work. Our website is useinsert.com.

We only collect information you provide directly to us through our contact form or scheduling link. That may include:

- Your company name and role
- A description of your use case or business challenge
- Any other details you choose to include in the message field
We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral analytics, fingerprinting, or advertising cookies. We don't know who visits this site unless you tell us.
How We Use It
We use what you send us solely to respond to your inquiry and assess whether we can help you. Nothing else.
Specifically, we use your information to:
- Follow up on your consultation request
- Schedule an introductory call if you book one via Calendly
- Answer questions you've asked us
We do not use your information for marketing lists, cold outreach to third parties, or automated marketing sequences unless you explicitly opt in to future updates from us.
Third-Party Services
Our site relies on a small number of external services to function. Here's what each one does and what data it touches:
We have no other third-party integrations on this site. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no ad networks.
Cookies
We do not set any first-party cookies. We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics purposes.
Google Fonts may cache font files in your browser's standard cache as part of normal browser behavior. This is not a tracking cookie — it's just how browsers store resources locally so pages load faster.
Data Sharing & Selling
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Full stop. Your contact details are used only to respond to you.
We may share your information only if required by law (e.g., a valid legal order), and in that case, we would attempt to notify you first to the extent permitted.
Data Retention
We keep your contact information for as long as there is an active or potential business relationship. If you ask us to delete your information, we'll do so within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
Formspree and Calendly retain data according to their own policies, which we do not control. You can contact them directly to request deletion of your data from their systems.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Request a copy of your data
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information
- Withdraw consent at any time (if you've opted in to anything)
To exercise any of these rights, just email us. We don't have a complicated process for this.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information you share with us. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We don't store payment information (we don't accept payments through this site).
No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — but we treat your data with care.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We won't change how we handle data you've already submitted without notifying you directly.
